Longtime law enforcement officer Chris Webb has announced his candidacy for Marion County Sheriff.
Sheriff Bo Burnett has announced that he is not seeking re-election.
In his announcement video, Captain Webb said he knows what real leadership looks like and will give deputies what they need to achieve success. If elected, Capt. Webb pledged to bring “integrity and accountability, while working as a proven leader within the Sheriff’s Office.”
